April 5

Last day of the 2013-14 tax year

April 6

Check you have made all necessary changes to your employee’s tax codes for 2014-15 as explained on P9X

April 19

Postal payments for month/quarter ended 5 April should reach your HMRC Accounts Office by this date.

April 22

Electronic payments for month/quarter ended 5 April should reach your HMRC bank account by this date.

April 30

Contractors operating the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) must submit monthly CIS return (CIS300) including nil declarations by the 19th of the month.

May 3

Forms P46(Car) for the quarter ended 5 April to reach HM Revenue (HMRC) by this date.

May 19

Postal payments for month ended 5 May should reach your HMRC Accounts Office by this date.

May 22

Electronic payments for month ended 5 May must clear into the HMRC bank account by this date

May 31

Last date for giving form P60 to each employee who was working for you on 5 April 2014.

June 1

HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) Approved Employer Share Scheme

June 19

Postal payments for month ended 5 June should reach your HMRC Accounts Office by this date.

June 22

Electronic payments for month ended 5 June must clear into the HMRC bank account by this date.

July 5

Last date for agreeing your PAYE Settlement Agreement for 2013 to 2014 (if any) with HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC).

July 6

filing deadline date for Expenses & Benefits Forms P11D(b), P9D and P11D to reach HMRC

July 7

Last date for Employee Share Scheme Annual Returns Form 34, Form 35 and Form 39 to reach HMRC.

July 19
